Two decades in delivery, the last five running AI programmes for Australian enterprises. I work on the operating-model layer above the platforms — where strategy meets governance meets enablement, and where the gap between PowerPoint and production closes. I run the multi-vendor pattern I advocate: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Antigravity in cross-family review on every piece of work. Few practitioners actually live the pattern they sell. Based in Melbourne, currently writing a working thesis on Australian agentic-AI governance under CPS 230, the Privacy Act reform, and the multi-vendor agent reality.
Off the keyboard I'm a father of a five-year-old, a traveller when I can be, and someone who builds with Claude Code on weekends because AI is the thing I'd be doing anyway.
